It's been 7 years...

I can't believe it has been 7 years. I still miss him everyday. I am more grateful for the "LITTLE WHILE" we had with him it was truly a TENDER MERCY. This past year a family in our ward experienced the loss of their daughter. It took me back and all the heartbreak of losing Colton was overwhelming. I am amazed at the little miracles that happened at that time and how the Spirit enveloped our little family.

I am thankful for FRIENDS who send me a message to let me know they are thinking of Colton.
And friends who bring me beautiful flowers every year to let me know they care.

I am thankful for my FAMILY who come to show their love for Colton year after year. Rain or shine. A small thing but so meaningful to me.

We love you Little Buddy!

The girls painted their own 4th of July shirts.
Hayley painted stars and then added some fireworks.

Lindley painted butterflies and fireworks.

Abby wanted a bow tie and 3 buttons.

Lava Hot Springs

It's been to long since I have been to Lava Hot Springs. I have a lot of memories from when I was younger. My girls were in heaven and can't wait to go back.

Justin went off the top platform several times.

Hayley had some fun with Grandpa Doug.

The guys had fun playing basketball.

Me and Grandma Rochelle and all the littles had fun shooting water at each other with the noodles.

Kami went off the first platform.

We had it made in the shade.

WE WILL WE WILL ROCK YOU...

I had some tired kids. We barely made it out of the parking lot before these two fell asleep. Not to worry it was just a cat nap. They were awake and ready to go again before we made it home.

Kami's Hunger Games Party

We took all the decorations I made for Abby's party and used them for my cute niece Kami.
We drew tributes for each district.

Went through some training.

I roped Steve into helping with the knot tying.

Spear throwing.

Then the tributes had to retrieve a bag with their number on it and get back to a safe spot before getting hit with a dodge ball. The grown ups and anyone who was not a tribute helped with this.

A winner was declared.

The guests.

The cute birthday girl who doesn't like her picture taken.

The girls finished their necklaces and then played some night games.
