April 5 - 13

Abby made some fairy wings from the Lil Tike Stix.

I'm not sure who has more fun creating with them Lindley or Abby.

Hayley is our little Ice Cream Bandit. She gets into the ice cream all day long. I will find the stool by the freezer and know what I will find. I'm not sure why she has all the spoons.

Emily, Abby and I went to see Kandyce in Annie. She did such a great job. I realized that most days I am like Miss Hannigan just replace her booze with a Coke and that's me.

The girls love helping me reach things when I am baking.

Miss Hadlee was baptized on Saturday. Although the weather wasn't beautiful, it was a beautiful day.

Easter

Friday we did some egg-tails for Abby for school.

We had a bunny themed lunch.

Saturday morning we colored eggs with Kool-Aid.

Each girl had a dozen eggs to color.

We gave Abby a Bunny Bun.

Hayley really wanted a egg-tail.

Easter Egg Hunt with the Poulsons.

The highlight was the silly string fight.

Uncle Dustin ran to the dollar store the day before Easter to buy more silly string.

Emily and I went to YW Conference with Amy, Kandyce, Kami and Grandma Rochelle. We had such a great time. These girls are growing up so fast.

Sunday morning. Candy, boiled eggs and Easter dresses. A trip to Colton's place. Overwhelming gratitude for a Savior who made it possible to be with my family FOREVER. I can't wait to see my Little Buddy again someday. Amazed everyday by my beautiful, smart and funny and sometimes very naughty girls.

Pinewood Derby

Hayley was excited to race THE RUNNIN UTE at the Pinewood Derby.

She loves her "GO UTES!".

Steve helped Abby build THE CHEESE this week.

Gage brought THUNDER to race against Steve.

THUNDER was the fastest car Steve had ever helped build.

Steve built himself two new cars this year. THIN MINT and TITLEST.

TITLEST won 1st Place in the Stock Division.

THE CHEESE took 2nd Place in the Stock Division.

CATCH ME IF YOU CAN (the mouse trap car) took 2nd in the Modified Division.

March 15 - March 19

Friday I made a St. Patrick's Day lunch for Steve and the girls. Me and the littles took ours to the park for a picnic. It was a beautiful day.

We spent alot of time outside soaking up the sun. Emily can hula hoop forever.

Abby was excited to be able to turn the corner on her skateboard.

Hayley liked Abby's skateboard too. I forgot about sunscreen and Hayley got sunburned for the first time.

Saturday we had a surprise party for Steve's dad.

Grandpa was blindfolded on the way to the church. He thought he was going to a restaurant.

I brought photo props. The kids thought they were pretty fun.

Dustin won the roll a leprechaun game.

Grandpa got to dance with all his girls.

Lindley helped Grandpa blow out his unlit candles.

Sunday morning we had our traditional green waffles.

I made some key lime cookies from a mix.

Abby had some shamrock hair for church.

The highlight of the day was when our home teachers came over. When they asked if there was anything they could do for us we asked them to select some props for a picture.  Emily was so embarrassed but it made me giggle.  What good sports.

For dinner we had Twist Up, Cream of Broccoli soup, green rolls and Rainbow Jello.
